Brand Radio is operated by Brandbase Oy (Business ID 3364718-5). Brandbase Oy is the controller for the processing described in this notice.

2. Information we process

When you email us or submit a website form, we process only the information needed to handle your request.

• Name, company, work email and optional phone number
• Location/country information, request type, your message and related correspondence
• The page used to submit the form, preferred language and submission time
• Technical request data that infrastructure may process to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser, requested page and time

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use the information to respond, arrange a demo, assess scope, prepare a proposal and take steps you request before a possible contract. The legal basis may be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

When you contact us on behalf of an organisation, the basis may be Brandbase Oy’s legitimate interest in responding to and managing business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing needed for applicable legal obligations may rely on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Enquiry information is not used for unrelated electronic marketing without a separate lawful basis.

4. Access, service providers and transfers

Access is limited to Brandbase Oy personnel who need the information and service providers supporting website hosting, data storage, security and business communications where necessary for these purposes.

Service-provider processing locations can vary. When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on a mechanism permitted by the GDPR. You may request information about applicable safeguards at info@brandradio.eu.

5. Retention and security

Retention is determined by how long the information is needed to handle the request, manage any resulting business relationship, secure the service and meet applicable legal obligations. Information is deleted or anonymised when there is no longer a lawful need to retain it.

Access is limited through data-minimisation and service-security measures. No method of transmission over the internet can provide absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact info@brandradio.eu to exercise your rights.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a first-party cookie named brandradio-locale to remember a language you explicitly select. The cookie is retained for 12 months.

A browser local-storage record named brandradio-cookie-notice remembers that you closed this notice until you clear browser data.

Hosting infrastructure may set an essential security cookie named __cf_bm to protect against malicious automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity.

These preferences and the security cookie are not used for advertising or analytics. The site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies.

8. Changes to this notice

This notice is updated when processing activities or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page with its update date.
